Who controls what
| Contract | Address |
|---|---|
| TimelockControllerOwns the factory and registry; every settings change waits 48 hours | |
| Team Safe2-of-3 multisig; proposes and runs timelock changes; also the treasury |
- Coins, curves and the hook have no owner. Nobody can mint more tokens, change a coin's fees upward or pull its liquidity.
- Liquidity is locked forever. At graduation the curve moves into a Uniswap v4 pool that no contract can withdraw from.
- The team can only change settings for future launches, such as the launch fee, graduation targets within fixed limits, Spotlight prices, and pausing new launches. Existing coins keep trading either way.
- Every change goes through a 2-of-3 Safe and a 48-hour timelock, so any change is public for two days before it can run. Ownership can't be given up or bypassed.
Review and testing
The contracts have not been externally audited. Before deployment they had an independent review in which every finding had to be proven with an attack test; no path to steal funds was found and every confirmed issue was fixed. They are covered by fuzz tests, invariant tests (100,000 random calls, no violations) and end-to-end tests against the live Ink contracts, and a full launch, buy and sell ran on mainnet. The review findings and test details are in the deployment notes.
Things to know
- The contracts are not externally audited. Bugs are possible; only trade what you can afford to lose.
- USDC (Circle) and xStock issuers can freeze transfers. A freeze could stop a coin paired with that asset from trading.
- Stock pairs are built but not switched on. When they launch they will be geo-restricted and unavailable in the US, the UK, Canada and Australia.
